I read them all. I tended to forget one book while I waited for the next one to come out. I had mixed feelings about them. I thought they started out really interesting but as one book led to the next it all started to read like any other series of books. I don't know. Something seemed to be lost as each book went on to the next.

I agree Barb they did start off good and then they seem to be predictable and you always knew that one or more of the main characters were going to died in each book and I found the last book to be boring.

Funny you said that about the last book. First it seemed like yearrrrrrssssssssss before it finally came out. By then I had almost forgotten the one before it. It took me a weeks or longer to read it and yes it was boring. I know a few people who didn't even read the last book at all.
Now they wrote the follow up series of books. I didn't even check one of them out did y"all?

The new book that they started is called "The Rising" and is suppose to take place before the rapture and the rising of the AntiChrist. I have thought about buying but haven't yet.
I did read a book buy Jerry Jenkins called "Soon" and I enjoyed that and there are only three books to the series. I read the "Soon" but haven't read the others yet.

I read the books and also found them predictable...I did like some of the characters.
I will check out the book "Soon" Is it easy to read or do you have to back track and think a lot?

I really enjoyed the first few Left Behind books. But I have had a hard time keeping interested in the last few ones. I have one in my bedroom shelf that is half read and I can't get the interest up to finish it. The "Soon" one sounds interesting though. I may have to check that out. TBO
